Job Description :

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
Solid understanding of principles, practices, and procedures of Software Quality Assurance
Ability to write intermediate level SQL to help analyze data
Familiarity with software testing
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment
Willingness to participate in an on-call development rotation 24x7x365
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Work onsite at the assigned client work location

Preferred Experience:

Experience with using test automation tools for custom built software
Experience using project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, TFS)
Experience working in an Agile environment
Financial Services Industry experience
Demonstrate a primary motivation and capability to ensure software quality
Ability to focus and attention to detail
Be effective at providing feedback to improve the performance of the team
Be receptive to ongoing feedback aimed at improving your performance
