Job Description:
· BS/MS in relevant engineering
· 8+ years of QA team leading experience
· Create Test Plans and Test cases for new and existing features with detailed approach of testing, scheduling and test exit criteria.
· Identify any gaps in test plan and requirements/feature documents.
· Create processes/best practices for improving bugs filing and verification.
· Extensive Embedded systems / Android based device testing experience
· Working knowledge of Android Studio and adb commands
· Ability to multitask, prioritize work and change focus quickly when required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Communicate with engineering teams to understand the testing requirements for the product
· Prepare test result reports and present to relevant stakeholders
· Identify risks and discuss risk management plan with Google stakeholders
· Coordinate with cross functional teams and drive corresponding issues to resolution
