Job Description :
The IT Quality Assurance Lead identifies problems, generates alternatives, and recommends solutions within defined processes.

· This position documents the progress of assigned tasks to ensure objectives are met.

· He/She collaborates effectively with QA team members, application developers, software vendors, consultants, user communities, and test environment technical support staff in the execution of testing procedures.

· The IT Quality Assurance Analyst is knowledgeable of the key processes and technology within the business functions he/she supports.

· The IT Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that QA work products conform to quality and content standards, and stays current on industry best practices, trends, tools and techniques.

· Able to work with onshore/offshore team and manage the offshore work and provide overall reports.

· Self-disciplined; strong problem-solving skills; good communication skills (verbal & written)

· Proficiency with SQL Language

· Good knowledge of interface/backend testing by setting up test data using data masking tools

· Experience in reports testing and working with users on BUAT signoff.

· Proficiency with creation of Test Scripts, Test Plan, Test Closure, RTM, and familiarity with identifying User/Functional Requirements Intermediate Level Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Team Foundational Server (TFS), Requirements Traceability, Requirements Validation

· Requires effective planning skills, organizational skills, good communication skills, problem-solving, being detail-oriented, and taking initiative with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree Experience,
