Job Description :

The Role:

Drive localization QA engineering workflows and dependencies - independently and reliably
Establish and implement end-to-end localization QA engineering processes
Automate and integrate localization QA systems and processes
Use JIRA to manage tasks and issues affecting localized content, quality, and functionality
Collaborate with Core QA and QA Automation teams to reuse functional test scope
Create, automate, and run localization test passes/beds to expose all localized product content in organized visual (screenshot-based) workflows, and evaluate content coverage
Utilize runtime simulators, hardware setups, full vehicle screen workbenches, and test vehicles to ensure localization quality at the product level

Qualifications:

- - Bachelor’s degree in technical area, or equivalent practical experience
  - 5+ years of manual/automated localization QA engineering experience
  - Strong technical domain knowledge (globalization, internationalization, localization)
  - Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure
  - Strong organizational and coordination skills - to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  - Experience with the full localization life cycle and best practices
  - Preferred:
    - - Experience shipping software on consumer devices (and related collaterals)
      - Experience working with Automotive EV technology stacks (Figma, QNX, QtQML, Android, C/C++, Linux)
      - Significant hands-on automated testing experience covering mobile/tablet apps (QtQML, Android, Flutter), web apps (JavaScript/Node, CSS, HTML etc.), and related APIs
      - Experience with standard source control (Git/GitLab) and build systems (Jenkins)
      - Experience with Unix/Linux and shell-scripting
