JOB DESCRIPTION:
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Perform end-to-end manual and automation testing for ServiceNow applications
• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Ensure system functionality, performance, and data accuracy

ServiceNow Module Testing
• Test ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Service Catalog, CSDM, and ITOM
• Validate workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve issues

Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements
• Participate in requirement reviews and testing strategy discussions
• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business expectations

Required Skills

8+ years of proven experience in manual and automation testing
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules:
– ITSM
– Service Catalog
– CSDM
– ITOM
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
