Role : Performance Testing Engineer
HYBRID role Location :Dallas TX
Job Description :
10 + years of experience and strong knowledge of performance engineering and scalability principles.
Proven expertise assessing existing tools ecosystems and recommending improvements.
Hands on experience with performance testing tools like Neoload and JMeter is a must.
Solid understanding of performance concepts and suggesting improvements to the development team is a must.
Experience with cloud native scalability testing is required.
Exposure to APM (monitoring) tools like Grafana and Dynatrace is required
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and also well versed with the CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge on GitLab CI a plus.
Must be able to work in a hybrid model with a set number of days from the office depending on the team s schedule.
Must be flexible in order to work overtime if at all required to support team activities.
