Requirements:
? SoftwareTesting Life Cycle (STLC) experience/knowledge
? 5 years experience testing with a firm understanding offunctional end-to-end testing, system testing, batch processing, useracceptance testing, and regression testing.
? 3 years of experience scripting and running test automation
? Extensiveexperience with Java scripting and test automation frameworks
? Familiaritywith Jenkins and continuous integration and improvement
? Knowledgeand experience with PeopleSoft HCM, TAM and ePerformance
? Excellentlogic, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
? Experiencewith test tools and bug tracking management system
? Abilityto be productive in a globally distributed team through self-discipline andself-motivation, delivering according to a schedule
? Interpersonal skills, experienced working with bothtechnical and functional personnel at various levels in the organization;ability to elicit and communicate technical and functional information in aclear and concise manner
? Self-motivated, ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines,works independently and as part of a team
