Job Title: Python Developer
Term: 6-12months Contract or Contract to Hire
Location: San Diego, CA
Phone / Skype Interview.
Strong skills in Python
Strong basic software engineering skills – OOP, test driven development, good coding practices
Strong backend development skills – building applications that have a database component, building REST services
Experience building analytics applications would be a plus
Experience with enterprise class databases and complex SQL a plus
Experience working with Linux OS and cloud a plus
Some devops skills would be good – creating build systems, working with Jenkins, sophisticated branch management in Git/Github, knowledge of config management systems such as Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack
