Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project/Program Manager to lead and support our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of CLM solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and CLM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CLM project planning, execution, and delivery
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and align on goals
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee CLM tool implementation or enhancement
- Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in legal tech or CLM
- Familiarity with CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of contract processes and lifecycle stages
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications a plus
