Job Title: Project Program Manager

Location: VI/Boise, ID (onsite only)

Duration: 12 month contract

Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Communication: has a balance of interpersonal and technical communication style (both verbal & written)
  • Domain knowledge: basic understanding of UX fundamentals and technology

  • Resilience: is open/comfortable with stepping out of comfort zone and failing in safe environment and allows for ambiguity
  • Attention to detail: ability to see the gaps and small things that matter in the bigger picture
    Curiosity: Leads with a hunger for knowledge to grow and learn new things
  • Advocacy: strong support and appreciation for Enterprise Design Thinking and the importance of the user


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with UX prototyping tools (Axure RP, Invision)
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Familiarity with modern design methods (Game Concept Theory, design thinking, user-centered designs)
  • Strong focus on interaction design (IxD)
