Job Description:
Project Manager - Singapore USD Enablement:
Business Process and Scope Management: [Overlap time with EMEA/Israel time zone]
? Identify, document, and drive key business decisions - provide options, pros, and cons to enable business teams to make decisions. ? Obtain final sign-offs on key business decisions (KBD) working across teams, including international teams. ? Participate, review, and provide recommendations in the Key design decisions (KDD). ? Define and manage the scope and changes to the scope with business, EA and other impacted teams. ? Identify the impacted functions and level of impact to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Business Requirements:
? Schedule, coordinate & facilitate all requirements gathering meetings with business users, including EA. ? Document all requirements into a BRD (DS-specific template), use cases for business sign-off ? Work with EA to walk-thru business requirements and clarify to close all open questions. ? Schedule and Conduct meetings with business users and cross-functional teams to obtain approvals and final signoffs. ? Work with EA to ensure configurations are identified, documented, and approved.
IT Liaison, Solution, and Coordination:
? Work with the EA team to ensure the configuration is completed and validated.
User Acceptance Testing [Daily cadence required]
? Prepare & align on UAT timeline with business & EA ? Prepare a listing of all unit and end-to-end UAT test scripts. Review test scripts with all testers. ? Identify and finalize master & transaction data needed for the testing ? Coordinate with EA if any staged data is required ? Provide EA with the listing of access for UAT testers and ensure their availability. ? Host Kick off calls and ensure evidence of testing is captured for SOX purposes. ? Coordinate UAT testing with testers & provide re-cap summary every day ? Schedule and facilitate daily UAT & defect status calls ? Participate in the period close testing to ensure proper period close.
Data Migration
? Work with business & EA to ensure all data migrations are captured ? Prepare a cut-over plan (if any) ? Work with the Data conversions team to define data conversion requirements and obtain business approvals. ? Validate and reconcile data converted/migrated and obtain approvals from the business
User Training and Change Management
? Provide training to business, if applicable. ? Update any existing training materials, if applicable. ? Work with the team to establish proper change impact analysis and communications.
GO-LIVE Readiness and Rollout [Daily cadence required]
? Provide EA with the listing of access for production access. ? Prepare the business for go-live, including smoke test validations and approvals. ? Provide support during go-live, cutover, and business migration.
Program Management Support:[Daily PMO calls]
? Work with PMO to define, and govern program activities, tasks, dependencies, and sequencing. ? Manage and run the business calls to ensure tracking of the business activities from the project plan. ? Manage and resolve business risks and issues.
