-Client is seeking a Project Manager
Summary
The Client''s Regulatory RIM platform (built on Veeva Vault) requires expansion to incorporate IDMP fields to enable data remediation and preparation for IDMP implementation. The project will be a Veeva
configuration team effort.
The project manager has the responsibility for delivery of this project and supporting activities and will be required to work extensively with Veeva and other vendors.
Role will also include supporting other smaller aspects of other RIM projects to load balance project management activities with the PM accountable for those projects.
Responsibilities:
-Full end to end project management inclusive of scoping, control/monitoring, reporting, risk/issue management and financial management and tracking.
-Defining implementation roadmaps and collaborating on implementation methodology.
-Developing and maintaining detail, high level project plans and reporting through centralized program/project management reporting tools.
-Support for development of vendor contracts (statement of work) and oversight for delivery and financial billing/tracking.
-Management of executive stakeholders, reporting and business case development.
-Oversight for vendor project managers assuring good practice, full integration of project plans into master plan and end to end resource and project team engagement and communications.
-Business and IT resource management and plan alignment.
-Mitigation and management of vendor performance issues.
Qualification:
-All skill requirements as expressed for a senior project manager. Pharma R&D and validation experience is a must.
-Experience with projects implementing/significant enhancing of COTS where the COTS vendor has a professional service team/pm that must be integrated as part of team and into the overall plan a must.
-Plus Experience/knowledge: IDMP (familiarity of data sets, Veeva/Vault platform, experience in delivering projects in the regulatory submission, planning and tracking space.
-Experienced in managing.
-Strong entrepreneurial skills and communication/negotiation skills are a must.
