Experience in Telecom Domain
Excellent knowledge in SAP HCM Payroll, Compensation, Time Mgmt. Should perform excellent client interfacing. Requirement analysis, coding, validation, deployment and e2e responsibility of the deliverables
Good knowledge of Commissions, Offer management, Compensation, Billing concepts
Good project management skills and experience
Co-ordinate with Business Release Manager, Dependent scrum teams & Technical team for release planning, production deployment, and support.
Technology oversight – collaborate with architects and product managers
Reporting and collaboration on governance with client leadership
Track project/program progress, issue resolution and provide visibility to senior management to project progress/issues in order to ensure effective project management
