What we need – 50% PMO Spoc or Project Manager + 50% Scrum Master
JD -
· Overall 10 years of experience in IT Industry
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Project Management role including significant experience managing medium to large projects and multiple, concurrent projects
· Exceptionally good co-ordination skills exhibited in medium to large projects across teams and locations
· Very good oral/written communication skills
· Well versed with project/program planning , execution , follow-up , problem solving, escalation management , client sync ,status checks , addressing risks, participating in meetings , etc
· Well versed with budget preparation and tracking , project data gathering and management reporting
· Well versed with identifying risks and addressing them
· Experience in using tools – smartsheet , google docs,sheets,slides
· Experience in using tool Aha is value add
· Very good hands on experience in applying PM methodology, tools and techniques
· knowledge of software development lifecycle , Agile ,etc
· Any project management certification will be value add
· Having technical background is a must
