Title : Project Manager (Investment/Asset Management)
Location : Weehawken, NJ./Chicago, IL
Duration : 6+ Months (Possibility of Extension)

Looking for PM at Weehawken or Chicago. If experienced with Longview that will be great.
High level background/quals:
12+ years’ experience in Investment/Asset management as PM or delivery lead
Experience with upgrade projects and knowledge of Longview trading platform, or competitive product (Charles River, flextrade, etc.,)
Strong communicator with good collaboration skills
Managing overall plan, quality, delivery and cost of program. Govern program management procedures and tools, including all required Terms of Reference (TOR) to ensure program is actively managed, key decision making bodies, template, etc. are defined and applied
Liaise with IT and business is aligned on stakeholder management, financial planning, program issues and risks, etc.
Defined overall roadmap of activities for the lifetime of the program, including work streams, major deliverables, tollgates, milestones, and dependencies and bottom up effort estimation. Work with individual streams to create and manage detailed project plan for 2020
Systematic communication plan to frequently update key stakeholders. Set guiding principles for program communications and training plan. STC meetings, Design Authority meetings, other key stakeholder updates, newsletters to all staff, other change mgmt. activities as required, etc.
Program reporting structure to provide consistent and measurable reporting on progress, to ensure risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are reported/tracked and that benefits are realized accordingly
Control procedures for management of risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions & changes (RAID)
Establish Quality Assurance (QA) procedures such as
o Regular Toll Gates
o Systematic sign-off process for key
deliverables (via Design Authority for
workstreams), STC overall
o Deep dives and spot checks
