Job Description :
The role would be to work as a Project Manager/Business Analyst on the TM Product & Delivery Transformation initiative.
Plan and execute the successful transition of product management tasks in alignment with the new TM Product & Delivery organization.
Responsible for managing task-level plans for the 4 work streams on this initiative:
Data Analysis
Transition Coordinators
Documentation
Communications/Training
They would be responsible for tracking completion, managing issues & risk and internal and external dependencies for this work. They would be asked to provide reporting on the progress of the initiative.
The resource may also be required to assist within each work stream for BA-type activities. E.g.:
Sanitizing data for SharePoint site upload
Preparing task lists to understand what can be stopped/evaluated
Prepare FAQs to assist education materials
Documentation, reporting, managing risk/issues, drive execution
Assist with implementing program/project management governance in the CAO Team.
Creating a senior leader overview dashboard.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following:
(project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation)
Preferred:
Treasury Management experience
Ability to work across teams and execute to project deliverables in a fast pace environment
