Job Description :

Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment across business, product, engineering, and vendor teams.
This role drives prioritization manages cross-functional workflows, and ensures that Item-related capabilities are delivered accurately, on time, and in support of key business outcomes.
The PM is also accountable for providing clear, consistent updates to business and technology partners, including directors and executive leadership.
This is a contract role with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead major projects from initiation through delivery, including discovery, planning, execution, and rollout.
Partner closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements, dependencies, and desired outcomes.
Facilitate prioritization discussions across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies, capacity, and resource constraints.
Translate business needs into clear project plans, timelines, scope, and measurable success criteria.
Coordinate with engineering, data, integrations, and vendor teams to ensure system design, data flows, and Item attributes are defined and implemented correctly.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and cross-team impacts drive mitigation plans and escalation when needed.
Prepare and deliver structured project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to business stakeholders, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Manage project ceremonies, status updates, steering discussions, and communication with all levels of the organization.
Ensure data readiness, Item attributes mapping, governance, and workflow changes are defined and validated before deployment.
Track progress across initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure teams stay accountable to milestones and deliverables.
Support UAT, cutover planning, training, and change management to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.

Required Experience
7 years of Project or Program Management experience in technical, digital, retail, or supply-chain-related environments.
Strong experience in Item attributes, data flows, vendor onboarding, SKU setup, or related product/merchandising processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive prioritization with business stakeholders.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, including executive communication.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with PIM, ERP, OMS, or merchandising systems.
Vendor or implementation project experience.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business partners.
