Role: Project Manager Location: Bentonville, AR (Remote until COVID) Client is looking for a Project Manager who has had experience in an agile environment and application development. This resource will be working for the development teams in the HR tech space. Experience: Specifically looking for PM EXP in an Agile environment doing application development in the past Ability to drive communicate effective - This person will be presenting to directors and higher level people A lot of work streams and moving parts needs to be organized and able to manager multiple customers Working independently - NO HAND HOLDING HERE This role will work and report to a delivery manager role HR Experience is a PLUS but not required! Jira and Confluence EXP Required Job duties: Roadmap and planning Engaging BAs and other stake holders Project tracking Working in Jira and Confluence Presenting plans and roadmaps to Sr leadership Traditional agile PM role Required Skills : Jira, Agile, Application projects, Basic Qualification : 5+ years of project mgmt/ BA/ or Scrum experience.
