Title: Project Coordinator
Location: 3712 Jackson Ave, Austin, TX 78731
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Last date for submission: October 21, 2021 (2.00 PM-CST)

This Project Coordinator role is within the Applications team of the Information Technology Division (ITD). This role will primarily manage the schedule, stakeholder communications, and activities related to service transformation. This role will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to coordinate documentation of processes per contractual requirements.
The workers responsibilities and skills must include:
• Understanding of IT application development workflows and IT Service Management activities and processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable with interfacing with various levels of department staff
• Gap and risk analysis

Minimum (Required):
Years Skills/Experience
3 Skilled in stakeholder identification and engagement
3 Experience with general IT SDLC processes.
3 Scheduling, planning, and facilitating stakeholder meetings
3 Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables

Preferred (Optional):
Years Skills/Experience
3 Experience with one or more of the state of Texas government agencies
3 Executing projects to support application transformation activities
3 Experience as a transition manager
3 Experience with contract management.
3 Microsoft Project use for project scheduling and tracking
3 Experience in Service Integration and Management for IT solutions
