The ideal candidate will have tested experience in analysis, design, programming, testing, implementing, and supporting web-based applications, in the Microsoft/Windows platform. The person in this role will be supporting a maintenance project developed in ASP.NET 4.0 and VB .NET. for the purpose of grant monitoring and reporting.
The person in this role will join 2 current developers to maintain the Grant Electronic Monitoring System/Michigan Administrative Review System (GEMS/MARS) application. This person will often need to work independently, working with the business to gather requirements and deliver requested changes.
The ideal candidate will have tested experience in:
· Analysis, design, programming, implementing, and supporting web-based applications.
· Experience developing data driven applications.
· Working with business clients to develop solutions for complex systems.
Skills:
· Experience in the IT Profession – Required – 8 Years
· Experience as ASP.NET application developer – Required - 8 Years
· Developing Systems with Microsoft SQL Server database – Required – 8 Years
· Writing SQL – Required – 6 Years
· JQuery/AJAX/JavaScript – Required – 5 Years
· CSSS 3 or higher – Required – 3 Years
· HTML 5 or higher – Required – 2 Years
· Developing web services - Highly desired – 2 Years
· Experience developing SSRS reports – Desired – 2 Years
· Experience fixing website security vulnerabilities – Desired – 1 Years
Design/Architectural Experience in a software development project using Microsoft Technologies - Desired – 1 Years
