Job Summary/Overview

 

As a Workflow & Decision automation Product Owner you will be part of the team that defines and drives the workflow automation strategy by creating no code solutions while improving the daily lives of our user community. You will be responsible for evaluation, design, and implementation of no code process automation platform, analyze data related to workflows and enhance taxonomy, evaluate the efficiency of current state business processes, and generate insights/opportunities for digitization. You have passion for all things product and enjoy solving complex problems and possess a strong understanding of Process design, Low code automation, and Decision modeling.

 

 

 

Core Responsibilities

 

Own/support the Workflow automation product vision, goals and objectives, defines requirements, and prioritizes delivery in order to maximize the business value and ROI

Lead end-to-end management and product delivery across the full product lifecycle including research, ideation, prototype, test, build, adopt, and measure in partnership with users, stakeholders, Design, and Technology

Work closely with the product design and engineering teams to design, Architect, implement and ship new capabilities to delight users

Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data that drive product decisions

Collaborate with peers in Product and other disciplines to ensure alignment and common success

Continually look for opportunities to support the team’s service offering with a focus on repeatable, scalable, exportable practices and tools

Demonstrate governance by ensuring that: (a) workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, (b) KPI’s are agreed, measured and tracked, (c) deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced, (d) risks are addressed and status measured, and (e) deliveries are successful.

Develop clear documentation of the scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, and other materials as needed to support UX research, design and development

Create and socialize long term product strategy and get buy in across multiple parts of the organization and executive team

Represent the Change Mobilization vision, strategy, and product roadmap with key senior stakeholders and in high-visibility forums.

Consistently conduct build vs buy analysis to determine where vendors should be leveraged.

 

 

Qualifications

 

10+ years of combined experience across Workflow/process re-engineering and automation

5+ years of experience working across low code automation capabilities and a deep understating of low code implementation lifecycle

5+ years of experience managing change management teams with focus on process and decision management

3+ years of experience with workflow and decision design and automation

Experience product managing and rolling out BPM, BDM or other low code capabilities within large scale organizations

Hands on experience with mapping and modelling tools using DMN and BPMN– example tools include Signavio, Camunda, Sapiens, Appian, etc.

Hands on experience with low code workflow and decision automation tools e.g. Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Unqork etc.

Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects in an agile setting with demanding deadlines and be well acquainted with tracking tools like Jira

Technical depth – While not expected to write code, candidate must be comfortable talking with our engineers about solutions, learning from existing examples, exploring APIs, triaging bugs, and speaking on any technical aspects of the tools in your product portfolio

Team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and goals

Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations – with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.

Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence.

Relevant experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Digital Banking, or a closely related business required.

Bachelor’s Degree required.
