Job Description :
Role: Product Owner
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Type: Fulltime

Job Description:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a product owner with 10+ years of overall IT experience
Articulate business requirements clearly for the whole team
Work constantly to redefine and groom the product backlog
Maintain product team artefacts and document to ensure rapid on-going deliveries
Support scrum team throughout sprints as well as shows and tells at the end of sprints
Responsible for working with business and IT teams to understand requirements, evaluate impact on existing processes, and evaluate impact on compliance requirements
Understand the story dependencies across Product Teams and have on-going dialogue with the other Product Team
Hands on experience with SQL queries and data analysis
Insurance domain knowledge is preferred
Exposure to tools like JIRA & Confluence is preferred.
