Job Description:
PRODUCT OWNER - NOT looking for another scrum master or project manager / need someone who can drive on the product side
- this team supports enterprise projects for the loyalty team and other departments. they are also in the process of sunsetting their legacy application and moving cloud based
- need to get up to speed quickly / expected they're familiar with product owner duties
- must be proactive and asking appropriate questions pertaining to product usability and development processes - need to drive the work and cannot sit and wait for direction
duties include:
- gathering requirements
- document current state and understand what is needed future state
- work with technical BA to compile user stories
- work with design team to help drive designs
- work with business team to help drive test cases
- experience with JIRA
- will multitask supporting 2 or 3 projects
- previous airlines - specific to reservation management and ticketing is a plus
- 2 round interviews
Hybrid - 3 days in office. Willis Tower Chicago - with occasional need to go to contact center by the airport
