Required Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including advanced configuration and data & service integration capabilities.
Strong working knowledge of generative orchestration, including prompt engineering, memory/context management, and dynamic response shaping.
Portfolio of complex, production-grade conversational bots with measurable business outcomes.
Proficiency in integrating bots with enterprise systems and services.
Strong understanding of conversational UX, LLM behavior, and AI safety principles.
