Job Description :

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including advanced configuration and data & service integration capabilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of generative orchestration, including prompt engineering, memory/context management, and dynamic response shaping.
  • Portfolio of complex, production-grade conversational bots with measurable business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in integrating bots with enterprise systems and services.
  • Strong understanding of conversational UX, LLM behavior, and AI safety principles.
