Proficient with SQL, JIRA, Confluence; familiarity with Tableau/Power BI and basic Python.

Understanding of ML tools (ML Studio, GitHub Copilot, Elastic Search), model explainability (SHAP, LIME), and cloud platforms (GCP including BigQuery, Vertex AI).

Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and software/model development lifecycles.

Experience with security, compliance (GDPR, data privacy), model governance, and risk management.

Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML-powered personalization products.

Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build, deploy, and monitor ML models impacting customer experiences.

Partner with compliance and governance teams to ensure risk mitigation and regulatory adherence.

Enable data pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and real-time personalization in collaboration with engineering.

Advocate for AI-powered tools adoption across business units, aligning stakeholders around data-driven decision making.

Lead in Agile PI Planning sessions to prioritize features, manage dependencies, and align team delivery capacity
