Role: Manhattan WMI / WMS Technical Analyst (On-Site)

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMI/WMS Technical Analyst to support warehouse operations and system integrations at our distribution center. This role will serve as the primary on-site technical resource and first point of contact for operations, responsible for troubleshooting WMS issues, supporting system integrations, and assisting with warehouse documentation such as labels and packing lists.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, deep knowledge of Manhattan WMI/WMS, and the ability to analyze base code and system logs to resolve issues without always requiring vendor escalation.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience with Manhattan WMI / Manhattan WMS.
Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Ability to analyze base code and system logs to resolve issues.
Experience with SQL and database queries.
Knowledge of WMS integrations and system interfaces.
Experience supporting warehouse automation or conveyor systems is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on-site in distribution center environments.
Exposure to warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
Experience with label development and warehouse documentation formats.
Familiarity with WMS to WCS/WES integrations.
