Job Description: Product Manager New York City, NY Duration: 6+ month with option to hire full time The roles are open to new a focus on internal customer experience with various applications being utilized (O365, Zoom, Slack) and is push from the new CIO. Soft skills need to be 10/10. These roles will be heavily involved with Stakeholder communication/management and very visible within the group. Background: Finance isn't a must. Customer/Client experience is the most important with product knowledge being the second. Ideally looking at 3-8 yrs of experience. Product Manager - Products: O365, Zoom, Slack = Office of the Future Responsibilities: Detailed focus on the management and governance of the following key End User Technologies (O365, Zoom, Office of the Future,) Development of in-depth understanding on relevant new technologies, market trends and clients' needs to be able to identify new business opportunities and/or product enhancements Maintain product roadmaps and lifecycle management Translate technical details into benefits for the users Build websites, giphy's for training videos, Obtain End User Requirements and negotiate delivery expectations (via Stakeholders, Business Service Managers) Maintain a strong understanding of MIT's product portfolio, strategies, internal market dynamics Deliver strategic direction and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to develop and release cutting-edge products that address client needs Actively manage and support Stakeholders of all levels Facilitate the development of business cases to support product portfolio investments Design and manage beta/pilot programs for end user products Deliver Products with prioritized features and corresponding justification Referral Program: Ask our recruiting team about how you can be a part of our referral program.
