PMO Location - Somerset,NJ Contract JD for Project Management Lead MAINTENANCE services for a large Life Sciences AVM Engagement with focus on Service Delivery Governance Financial Management Stakeholder Management Service Quality Improvements Delivery Work with and guide tower leads on day to day deliverables PL Responsible for managing MAINTENANCE revenue and cost Mentor team on providing the right service quality Proficiency in ITIL is a definite requirement Ensure team aligns to processes and standards and work with the SMO team to ensure process compliance Manage customer interactions for day to day transactions for the cluster Manage service levels to deliver as per committed SLAs Take corrective action where required Work in conjunction with SMO team to prepare and present service reports to customers for the cluster Discuss on pain points of customer and plan initiatives with customer to improve service quality Concentrated focus on Automation required Ensure automation opportunities are identified and delivered by working with the Automation team Great focus on CSI and Transformation Identify CSI and transformation initiatives for the cluster and implement plan for timely completion Manage expectations of the team and customer and align to program objectives Involve in financial aspects like estimation forecasting for onboarding of new applications or decommissions Manage compliance and audits for the engagement and work with tower leads on the same
