Job Description :

PMO / Operations Support Consultant
Duration: 3 Month + 
REMOTE – Possible travel to a client site or 2 but very limited and dependent on Covid situation.

Responsibilities: 
We are looking for a resource that can work with the Operations team of a corporate incubator to coordinate, report and contribute to initiative progress.  Specific role responsibilities will include the following:  
-    Portfolio Initiative reporting of progress and status
o    Sourcing initiative status across global team members
o    Developing template(s) for reporting on consolidated portfolio of initiatives
o    Coordinating with team for initiative planning & prioritization
-    Coordinating inter-dependencies across functional teams
o    Identifying cross-team dependencies (for example, between solution development, marketing & sales) 
-    Shared services support
o    Supporting business incubation needs
o    Shared services initiative support (marketing, finance, etc)
-    Initiative content management 
o    Developing archival strategy for initiative documentation
o    Coordinating with initiative owners to ensure archival of critical initiative content
o    Promoting availability of Incubation tools / templates

Key Requirements/Experience:
-    Minimum of 6 years’ experience with program and portfolio management experience 
-    Detailed knowledge of end-to-end business operations (solution development, marketing, sales, delivery & management)
-    Experience working with a global team
-    Experience working on a start-up or corporate incubator
-    Experience working with SaaS-like solutions
-    Excellent data handling and visualization skills and advanced knowledge of Excel;
-    Excellent presentation development skills and advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
-    Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex project deliveries across multiple simultaneous client engagements; 
-    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and present information with confidence to client executives, lead client workshops and represent Hitachi externally; 
-    Experience with MS Teams and SharePoint page design
-    Effective writing skills, with an ability to write concise, compelling and well-structured documents and reports; 
-    Industry experience preferred – Mobility, Energy, Manufacturing
