We are looking for a PeopleSoft HRMS Lead to manage, support, and enhance PeopleSoft Human Resource Management System applications. The role involves leading functional and technical teams, ensuring system stability, and delivering HR solutions aligned with business needs.

Lead PeopleSoft HRMS implementation, upgrade, and support activities.

Manage modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.

Gather and analyze business requirements and provide effective HRMS solutions.

Oversee configuration, customization, and system integrations.

Coordinate with technical teams on PeopleSoft tools, interfaces, and reports.

Lead testing phases including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.

Provide production support and ensure SLA adherence.

Mentor team members and manage stakeholder communication.
