Microsoft Dynamics Architect/Developer

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect/Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, leading technical design, and ensuring scalable, high-performance CRM/ERP solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP modules).

  • Develop, customize, and configure Dynamics applications using best practices.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services.

  • Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and business process flows.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or ERP modules like Finance & Operations).

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

  • Experience with Dynamics SDK, Web API, and plugin development.

  • Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).

  • Experience in system integrations and data migration.

  • Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server).

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-300, MB-600).

  • Experience with Power BI and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.


Experience:

  • Architect: 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in solution architecture.

  • Developer: 4–7 years of relevant experience.
