We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect/Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, leading technical design, and ensuring scalable, high-performance CRM/ERP solutions.
Design and architect solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP modules).
Develop, customize, and configure Dynamics applications using best practices.
Lead end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services.
Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and business process flows.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or ERP modules like Finance & Operations).
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience with Dynamics SDK, Web API, and plugin development.
Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
Experience in system integrations and data migration.
Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-300, MB-600).
Experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
Architect: 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in solution architecture.
Developer: 4–7 years of relevant experience.
