Job Description:
" Participate in the requirement gathering/elicitation phase, and identify and define requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfaces
" Communicate and conduct walkthrough sessions for product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders
" Maintain and Manage the scope of requirements for the Pega application/platform.
" Responsible for translating customer requirements into requirement specifications and Use Cases.
" Responsible for Managing the Application Support functional service request. A holistic view of application functional knowledge to manage IT and Business.
Experience and Skills:
" Adept at using DCO for Pega application business requirement capture, Product Catalogue, and User story capture and grooming. Coordinate with Business Team.
" Has experience in iterative and Scrum-based agile methodologies
" Possess a good understanding of PRPC architecture, tools, and frameworks
" Pega Certified Business Architect
" 5+ years of experience in the IT industry as a Business Analyst of which 3+ should be in Pega implementation / Application Support projects as a Business Architect.
