Mandatory Skill: FUSION-FINANCE, FUSION-HCM, FUSION-HRMS, FUSION-P2P
This position is a member of the IT HCM 1HR Data Conversion team that is responsible for data extraction and basic transformation from Oracle Taleo recruiting application to support data migration to Workday. Experience with writing TCC scripts and / or OBI reports is required.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Identifies data extraction requirements from discussions with Workday implementors and the Workday data gathering template
In-depth technical knowledge of Oracle Taleo recruiting application
In-depth knowledge of writing TCC scripts and/or OBI reports.
Knowledge of eitherrPeopleSoft SQRs or SAP SuccessFactors and basic data manipulation in MS Excel will be a bonus
Prepare technical design document for each extraction element
Design, develop, and validate extraction scripts
Provide support in troubleshooting data issues during and post data load into Workday and Datawarehouse
Ensure solutions are implemented in adherence to IMF Security, Enterprise Architecture, SLDC, Change Management and application development guidelines
Consistently produce clear and concise status reports to the service delivery manager
