Job Description:
The Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the analysis and design of database objects and data collection systems, including the transformation of requirements into system functionality; data modelling; responsible for software development tasks including coding, testing, and implementation; prepares technical and user documentation
Mandatory Skills:
· 84 Months Experience developing Oracle PL/SQL using advanced PL/SQL programming techniques.
· 84 Months Experience using Oracle development tools such as SQL Plus, SQL Developer, and SQL Loader for programming and maintaining applications.
· 60 months Experience using Informatica 8.x or higher in a data warehouse environment including warehousing concepts, design and development of complex mappings.
· 12 months Experience developing Rhapsody routes acquiring and managing large amounts of data including XML and HL7 message formats.
· 48 Months Experience designing and implementing logical and physical database models using concepts such as indexes, primary keys, foreign keys, and constraints.
· 24 months Experience using XML parser for PL/SQL.
· 24 months Experience working with Health Data with HIPAA, HL7 or similar standards.
