About the Role
We’re growing our Oracle HCM Cloud practice and looking for talented Oracle LMS/ Learning Cloud Implementation Consultants to join our team in Texas. Whether you’re mid-level or senior, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementations, aligning solutions with client goals, and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Lead or support full lifecycle implementations of Oracle LMS/Learning Cloud
- Work closely with HR, L&D, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements
- Configure learning catalogs, courses, programs, certifications, and the Redwood Experience
- Integrate Oracle Learning with HCM Core, Talent, and third-party content providers
- Manage data migration for historical learning records
- Create and execute test scripts for functional, integration, and UAT phases
- Deliver training sessions for administrators and end-users
- Provide post-go-live support and recommend improvements
What we’re looking for
Mid-Level
- 3–5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- At least 1–2 full-cycle LMS/ Learning Cloud implementations
Senior-Level
- 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- 3 or more full-cycle Learning Management System / Learning Cloud implementations
For All Levels
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Learning Cloud configuration, security, and reporting
- Experience with Redwood UX and background process scheduling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification in the Learning module
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI content integration
- Knowledge of BI Publisher or OTBI for learning analytics
