Job Responsibilities:,
1. Ability to work on enhancement/development while working on support items simultaneously.,
2. Responsible to handle P1/P2/P3 incidents.,
3. Responsible for Month-end Forecast jobs completion and troubleshooting.,
4. Responsible for response/restoration SLAs for all incidents (P1/P2/P3/P4/P5) that comes during CST business hours.,
5. Should be willing to provide extended hours support if required for critical incident support (P1/P2 and escalated P3),
6. Should be able to collaborate and communicate with FP&A of different stakeholder departments regarding problems/incidents/enhancements.,
