Oracle HRMS Functional Lead/Architect

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HRMS Functional Lead/Architect to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HRMS/HCM solutions. This role requires strong functional expertise, solution architecture capabilities, and leadership to align HR processes with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HRMS / HCM solutions (EBS or HCM Cloud).

  • Design scalable and efficient HRMS architectures aligned with business requirements.

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional solutions.

  • Define solution architecture, including integrations, data migration, and reporting strategies.

  • Configure and optimize modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management.

  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom development, interfaces, and system enhancements.

  • Lead system integration with third-party applications (Finance, Payroll vendors, etc.).

  • Drive UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR policies.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to functional consultants and teams.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Oracle HRMS (EBS) and/or Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).

  • Deep functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Benefits, Absence, and Talent modules.

  • Experience in solution design, architecture, and large-scale implementations.

  • Expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and documentation (BRD, FSD).

  • Understanding of integrations, data migration, and reporting frameworks.

  • Familiarity with Fast Formula, HRMS APIs, workflows, and approval mechanisms.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (e.g., Global HR, Payroll).

  • Experience in global HR/payroll implementations.

  • Exposure to reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

  • Experience with cloud integrations and middleware tools (OIC, SOA).


Experience:

  • 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle HRMS/HCM

  • 3–5 years in Lead/Architect role
