SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

At least 2 - 5 years of relevant IT experience as HCM cloud engineer, techno-functional lead and/or consulting project delivery.
5+ years of hands-on experience with implementation, configuration and support of Oracle HCM Cloud 12 and above: Core Human Resources, Benefits, Goal Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Performance Management See.
Must have one of the following Cloud Integration engineering skills (REST API, SOAP, Webservice’s
Experience managing systems in a hosted/cloud environment, Oracle HCM preferred.
At least 2 full Lifecyle HCM implementation or upgrade experience - Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, UNIX environment including, Shell Scripts, SQL, XML and encryption technologies.
Good working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Advanced Tools such as HCM Extract, BI Publisher, Component Management Servicer, Security, Fast Formulas etc.
