We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Developer with strong technical experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional teams to deliver technical solutions, integrations, reports, and extensions that meet business requirements.

Develop and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications and extensions.

Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP web services, OIC, and file-based integrations.

Create and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and HCM Extracts.

Perform data migration and conversions using HDL, HSDL, and FBDI.

Develop Fast Formulas and Groovy scripts for HCM business logic.

Support configuration of security roles, privileges, and data security.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM modules.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business users for requirement gathering and solution design.

Prepare technical documentation and support testing activities.
