Job Description:
As an Oracle Fusion SCM Advisor within a healthcare organization, you'll spearhead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SCM) solutions. You'll align supply chain processes—spanning procurement, inventory, planning, and logistics—with healthcare-specific priorities such as regulatory compliance, patient safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead full-cycle implementation or enhancement of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement (P2P), Order Management (O2C), Inventory/MFG, Planning, and Logistics.
· Conduct business requirements gathering and translate those into configuration designs that align with healthcare supply chain workflows—from vendor onboarding to supplies distribution and serialization.
· Administer supply chain application roles, manage setup artifacts, metadata, and enterprise structures in Oracle Fusion SCM. (Reflects tasks from Supply Chain Application Administrator roles).
· Enable and maintain REST/integration services for supply chain data exchange (e.g., change orders, inventory transactions). (Reflects Supply Chain Integration Specialist responsibilities) .
· Develop supply chain dashboards and analytics (e.g., OTBI/BI Publisher), tailored to healthcare metrics such as inventory turnover, waste reduction, order accuracy, and regulatory traceability.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical teams, quality control, finance, and IT to ensure SCM systems support patient care delivery, compliance (FDA, HIPAA), and financial oversight.
· Provide end-user training, system documentation, and change management support to ensure smooth adoption of SCM solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
· 7+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation or advisory roles, with experience in at least two key modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Planning).
· Expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud deployment, configuration and data/integration services.
· Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chains—especially medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or clinical supplies.
· Experience working within regulatory frameworks (FDA regulations, validations, serialization standards, etc.).
· Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with a track record in consulting or advisory settings.
