Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and business teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and seamless integration with other HCM modules.
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Payroll and related HCM modules.
Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and calculation rules.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll and benefits processing.
Ensure statutory compliance and localization requirements are met.
Perform payroll testing (unit, integration, UAT) and parallel payroll runs.
Support payroll integrations with banks, finance systems, and third-party vendors.
Create and maintain payroll reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
Perform data conversion and migration using HDL, HSDL, and FBDI.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide production support.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and support.
Hands-on experience in Fast Formulas and payroll configuration.
Knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, and Benefits integration with Payroll.
Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
Understanding of payroll statutory and taxation rules.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Oracle Fusion Payroll Certification.
Experience with global or multi-country payroll implementations.
Exposure to integrations and payroll interfaces.
