We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and support of technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and ensure high-quality integrations, extensions, and reporting solutions aligned with business needs.

Lead technical design and development for Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Architect and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.

Design and build HCM extensions using Visual Builder, Groovy scripts, and Fast Formulas.

Develop and customize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI, and dashboards.

Oversee data migration using HDL, HSDL, and FBDI.

Provide technical guidance to developers and review code for quality and standards.

Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Manage technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

Support security setup including roles, privileges, and data security policies.

Participate in project planning, estimations, and technical documentation.

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical development and architecture.

Expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP web services, and file-based integrations.

Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.

Proficiency in HDL, HSDL, and FBDI for data loads.

Knowledge of Fast Formulas, Groovy scripting, and Visual Builder.

Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
