We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Grants Management Lead to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud processes while collaborating closely with client teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise and the ability to guide, teach, and execute business operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation processes, ensuring alignment with client business requirements.

• Serve as a functional lead, bridging client teams with Oracle Fusion functionalities to optimize operations.

• Support go-live activities and provide post-go-live hypercare to ensure smooth transitions.

• Guide and execute critical business processes such as payroll, procurement, and grants management.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to ERP systems.

• Provide advisory support and training to client teams, ensuring they are equipped to manage Oracle Fusion independently.

• Develop and document business requirement procedures and workflows for seamless integration.

• Apply change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Utilize advanced technologies, including ABAP and Epicor, to enhance system functionality and performance.

SKILLS:

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.

• Strong understanding of grants management and related business processes.

• Expertise in ERP systems, including Oracle NetSuite Technologies and Epicor.

• Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents and workflows.

• Hands-on experience with change management methodologies.

• Advanced skills in ABAP and other relevant technologies.

• Excellent communication and advisory skills with a focus on collaboration.
