Job Title: ERP Integration Manager
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite preferred)
Start Date: Week of November 4, 2025
Project Duration: Through post-Go-Live Hypercare (January 2026)
Project Overview:
Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, the ERP Integration Manager will oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion with existing systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms. This role is pivotal during UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end ERP integration strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with Oracle technical teams and client IT stakeholders to ensure successful data migration and system connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during UAT and post-go-live.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Document integration architecture and workflows.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience managing ERP integrations, preferably with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong understanding of middleware, APIs, and data mapping.
- Experience with public sector ERP environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead integration efforts independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion ERP go-live and hypercare support.
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
- Experience in managing integrations involving Payroll, Procurement, and Financials.
