Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective financial solutions aligned with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules
  • Work on GL, AP, AR, FA, CM (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional solution designs
  • Perform system setup, configurations, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and documentation
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Handle financial reporting and reconciliation processes
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions
  • Provide production support and resolve functional issues
  • Prepare functional specifications and support custom developments
  • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials functional modules
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation and/or support projects
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Knowledge of integrations with Procurement, SCM, and Projects modules
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion Financials Certification
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud upgrades
  • Exposure to taxation, compliance, and statutory reporting
