• Work closely with Finance SME's to understand the existing R12 Application functionality, configuration, business process, integrations with 3rd party applications and other applications.
• Review and validate the setups/configurations implemented in Oracle cloud.
• Identify business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Identify functionality gaps and developing solutions for them
• Work closely with 3rd party vendors and other application owners to test and validate the integrations with Oracle OCI.
• Involve in discussions with business users, Finance SME's, Implementation partner and other technical teams.
• Responsible for requirement gathering, create functional specs, test cases, user manuals, perform testing, conduct UAT and user trainings.
• Participate and assist on migration and cut-over activities.
• Post-go-live provide BAU support including quarterly patch testing, gather requirements & create functional specs for any enhancements/testing.
• Understand client's current state process and develop future state recommendations.
