Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Rate: $70/hr
We are seeking a talented consultant with experience training for a large COTS system implementation, such as Oracle EBS R12 in a Federal environment. The successful candidate will help develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state financial system for major system implementation.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Ability to provide COTS application training and training performance support
- Experience supporting Train-the-Trainer initiatives for COTS implementations
- Experience developing training materials
- Experience coordinating and executing training sessions for trainers and users
- Experience conducting instructor-led training
- Experience developing performance metrics to measure transition success and determine appropriate actions to improve performance
- Ability to support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team
- Ability to support other implementation efforts such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ability to lead large group meetings with authority
- Ability to build relationships with clients and the user base
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Strong Written Communication Skills
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ Years of Experience
The following capabilities are a plus:
- Experience with Oracle Financial Applications, especially Oracle Federal Financials
- Knowledge of Government Accounting
