REQUIREMENT:
Participate in the design and development of a complex benefit payment system. Responsibilities include interfacing directly with the customer, UML modeling and technical documentation using object-oriented techniques and tools (IBM Rational Team Concert, DOORS Next Generation, Quality Manager
Design and coding application logic code in Oracle 11g - Server Side PL/SQL. Design and coding application logic and middle-ware
Develop, modify and maintain applications that may be customized or standardized.
Participate in design and coding activities with other staff members.
Develop information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and
Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Skills include:
8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
Experience in developing code, designing, testing, debugging and documenting software (Oracle 11g)
ITIL Foundations Certification preferred
Experience with IDE tools (ex. Allround Automations PL/SQL Developer, TOAD, Oracle SQL Developer)
Oracle Reports (using Reports Builder tool) experience is preferred
Shell scripting experience is preferred
Developing in an Agile environment is preferred
