Job Description:

• Technical project management experience – ability to conduct workshops to solution for business needs, manage quarterly updates, as examples.
• Experience in project management of ERP stabilization and support projects, with understanding of Oracle procure to pay as well order to cash processes. Role: Oracle Technical Project Manager Specific responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
• Define critical project scope, plans, and drive cross-functional teams to project execution.
• Author ad-hoc reports, define KPI's for business unit performance, & build and maintain dashboards for self-service analysis.
• Provide technical leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Define, develop, and implement standardized business processes and best practices relevant to Oracle.
• Manage the process from planning to deployment of the quarterly updates from Oracle by partnering with IT as well as business teams.
• Have Technical experience in Oracle Financials Cloud ERP
• Report project status to the Project Management Office (PMO) on a regular basis
• Ensures business objectives including assessment, support with error mitigation, issues resolution for the operation support are met
• Work with customer stakeholders from IT and Business to schedule sessions, workshop on setup configurations, priority issues etc.
• Track progress and plan for corrective actions
• Escalate to customer IT for any deviations, support required
• Reviews and submits the deliverables for approval by Customer
• Responsible for presenting the deliverables to Customer stakeholders
• First escalation point for any delay in deliverables and quality issues
• Ensure timely availability of all resources required for the project as per the project needs

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Technical PM experience working with Oracle SaaS product – ERP & EPM.
• Highly skilled with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong background in developing business performance metrics
• Ability to work in ambiguity, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with experience interacting with both business and development/engineering staff at all levels including the executive level

• Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
• Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling
