• High Level Project Overview:
o Gathers and analyzes various computer data to determine location and cause of power outages. Efficiently dispatch first response personnel and repair crews to provide quick and logical response to outages and emergency situations. Schedule and manage other non-emergency customer requested work in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure superior customer service. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Resolve customer complaints and prepare correspondences to accurately process customer requests. Should be able to read a schematic and understand mapping.

Work Hours:
This position is required to work 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts on a rotating basis. Evenings, midnights and weekends required. Storm restoration and OT required.

• COVID Remote Policy:

o All team members are required to work inside an office building during their shift. Worker must comply with Client’s COVID 19 protocols.

• Interview Process Overview (High level):
o Preferred interview would be an in-person 3–4-person panel interview in which we will ask 6-8 questions about work experience and request examples of situations from personal experience. If candidate has not been vaccinated, we can change the interview to a virtual meeting.

• Additional Good To Know Info:
o This is a high stress, professional work environment with a rotating schedule. Candidate should be able to multitask, adapt to changing conditions, and accept constructive coaching.

• Are there any specific companies/industries you’d like to see in the candidate’s experience?
o Food Service industries, 911 Centers, Customer Service.

• What is the preferred candidate location (local, non-local, remote?) and is there flexibility?
o Within an hour of 2700 Cromwell Drive Norfolk, VA. At this time there is not a remote work location. All candidates must be local - Fully Onsite

• At any time is overtime required or would you say it is just available as a function of the job?
o Yes, overtime is required/mandatory during storm restoration events and employee is required to maintain a 60% overtime availability during the year.
